Prestige is participating in a fundraisier for my friends nephew Baby Graham. He was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia when he was 4 months old. His parents received the call on March 25th, 2011 and were admitted as an inpatient to Primary Children's Medical Center on April 6, 2011. Since then his little body has been through so much. KeraTriplex Treatment aka Awapuhi Treatment or Keratin Treatment

Many have been asking about our "Keratin Treatment" coupon in the Rexburg Saver, let me tell you what it is, and how it is done step by step. This is an AMAZING treatment developed by Paul Mitchell. I have done it several times to my hair and believe me, it is amazing.

First of all Keratin Protein is a VITAL element in our hair. Its considered the "Spine" of the hair shaft, when we lack this protein our hair becomes weak, and damaged like the picture below.

Daily stress can damage hair from the cuticle (outside layer of the hair) to the cortex(center of hair). Keratin fibers within the cortex are joined by peptide bonds-when those bonds are broken, hair becomes fragile and damaged.

Blow drying, curling,washing, even sun damages our hair daily.    

                                                         

Step one in the Awapuhi Treatment: we wash your hair with the Awapuhi Shampoo. This Shampoo is 100% sulfate free, gentle hydration and the keratin protein rebuilds and repairs.

Step two: We spray on the KeraTriplex Treatment. KeraTriplex™ is a blend of three proteins with targeted molecular weights that penetrate into the cortex, rebuild disrupted bonds and reinforce the cuticle. So it penetrates, repairs and seals the cuticle.

This stays on for 5 minutes.

A few things for this next month!
